Each spring, Phi Kappa Phi Chapter #263 holds an initiation ceremony for new members.
Criteria for student initiation:
- Second semester Juniors must be in top 5% of class standing and top 5% of their major standing
- Seniors and Graduate initiates must be in top 10% of class standing and top 10% of their major standing
