INITIATION CEREMONY APRIL 18, 1998

Initiation ceremonies to honor new inductees for 1998 have been finalized. The ceremony will take place in the Warren Ballroom of the College Center at 8:00 PM on April 18, 1998. New inductees are asked to arrive by 7:30 PM.

Welcoming remarks will be given by Dr. Horace Judson, President of Plattsburgh State University. Dr. Prem Gandi, Dean of the School of Business and Economics will introduce Professor Kedia.

Professor Ben Kedia, a distinguished visiting professor from the Wang Center for International Business at Memphis University will be the guest speaker. His address is titled "Making a Difference in a Changing World".

The Distinguished Service Award will be presented to Dr. Mary Roark for her dedicated service to the society.

A musical presentation will be arranged by Dr. Marshall Onofrio of the music department. In honor of the Centennial celebration of Phi Kappa Phi National, the newly composed Phi Kappa Phi March will be incorporated into the enterance procession for the first time.

A short reception will follow the ceremony in the lobby outside the ballroom.
