| For me, ceramics has been a way of releasing my energy and pushing my imagination. I enjoy experimenting with different textures, patterns and techniques. For the most part, I like making pieces that are fun and amusing or that urge the viewer to look harder. Everything I make has been a learning experience that seems to never stop. I have become amazed with the process and physicality of ceramics. The outcome is unpredictable and exciting. Ceramics has been interesting and a lot of fun for me because I enjoy the process as well as the outcome. |
